Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you must change or cancel it, contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds
We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on all defective or damaged products during shipping. Just let us know, and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs on returns
We do not issue the refund if:

Defective Products
This happens when the product is damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way. A return label will be sent to you. Just simply Download/Print and Take on the returning merchandise. For customer remorse Possibly a 5% restocking fee and responsible for the returned shipping cost.
Only New and Unused items will be accepted
This can include unopened products in original packaging, and products that have never been used
